It is imperative to do a good job in the research and development of staple fibers, long fibers and fabric fibers. The troops and horses did not move pastures first, or they would have to import these high-performance raw materials from abroad once advanced equipment was introduced. Therefore, the industry should actively respond to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s initiative to nurture and promote single champion companies in the manufacturing industry, and focus on cultivating several competitive single champion companies as the mainstay of industrial transformation and upgrading.
The three companies listed in the leading fiberglass industry, namely, Boulders, Taishan, and Chongqing International, are undoubtedly included in the list. The composite materials industry also has leading companies that focus on specific fields and pursue the spirit of craftsmen, such as megawatt blades for several years in a row. Lianyungang Zhonglian Lianzhong, which has the largest market share, and Sinosteel Science and Technology Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd. relying on the absolute technological advantages of Beiboyuan, and another example, Dongying Shengli Xinda Industrial Group, has produced more than 20,000 FRP pipes at home and abroad. V. Fully implement the industry’s “13th Five-Year” target
